Pan Chancho is amazing for a private function with 40 or fewer people. Every bite of every dish was delicious. We were not forced to pre-submit our orders for each guest; rather, my wife and I were able to compose a table d'hote from the full seasonal menu. The staff were help, attentive and very friendly. The party room is classic kingston: exposed limestone but very bright.

We ate on the delightful patio which was a refreshing oasis on a particularly hot summer's day. My husband, mother and I each chose different breakfast items from the menu in order to sample a wide variety that was offered and we were not disappointed. From the roasted rosemary potatoes, the feta and honey, and the fresh fruits everything was terrific and the coffee you serve is just wonderful not the insipid swill that served elsewhere. We will return.
The cumin spiced lamb is a must. This place is so great to go to for a nice, relaxed brunch or lunch on the weekend. Only downside: everyone seems to think the same, and there is often a long line.
This restaurant is the best in Kingston, no question. We go at every chance we can. The burger is the best (if you have a bland palate do not get the stilton and bacon - but for more sane people - it is superb) and so is breakfast wrapped up. Everything is made with wonderful ingredients - as far as I am concerned - why pay less when you can get food like this (not that it is expensive). When we go with our son, they are wonderful, when we are on our own, the service is still wonderful. I simply cannot say enough good things. We are moving soon, and the place I will miss most in this city is Pan Chancho (but I will still have a standing order for pick-up every once in a while, when we are passing through).
