service was good when approached for the first time , ordered lumberjack breakfast eggs over mediam ordered 2 extra eggs on seperate plate over easy . when the order was brought to table eggs where underneath all the food the eggs that where on a seperate plate where over medium and they where given to the person that odrered over medium eggs remember the eggs that where supposed to be on the seperate plate where to be over easy and given to the other person . before eating any of my meal I checked to see if my eggs where over easy they where over hard to over medium when I asked the waitress to correct my order she informed me that I had three eaggs and I should have only 2 and I should be happy . I had the eggs exposed so she could see them for herself and she still asked me why are they not over easy she took the order back to the cook and he cooked 2 more eagss one was over easy so far I have had five eggs served to me and only one of the five was over easy . I have worked in the hospitality industry all my life I have a dipmloma for hotel maagement and graduated with honors my eggs where buried because they where not cooked properly if I had not checked I would have never known till I got too the end of my meal Remember these 2 eggs where ordered by the waitress to be on a seperate plate by themselves and to be over easy I never was served the [late with only 2 eggs on it and that is what I ordered break down the cook did not cook my eggs the way I ordered tried to hide them under the rest of the food . The waitress still took the order to the table knowing that it was not the way it was ordered and then gave my girl friend the eggs on the seperate plate and gave me the plate with the eggs buried under the food Again I ordered 2 eggs on a seperate plate over easy I recieved a plate with the eggs buried under all the food and my girlfriend got the plate with 2 eggs on it seperatly and they where over hard to over medium . she ordered the lumberjack breakfast and was served 2 eggs on a seperate plate over medium. If the waitress had of corrected the order before it was brought to the table there would have been no problem but instead she and the cook tried to slip it by the cutomer and hope they did not notice or complain I f the cook cant cook he should not be ther and the waitress customer relationship was very sad I would think twice before I go back to this restaurant if this is the type of service you provide I was taught that the customer is allways right I only wanted what I ordered not waitress with an attitude and a cook that dosent care
