Bought two cars f...

Bought two cars from here. They are happy to take your money but will offer you terrible service once they have it. According to this dealership sunroofs are designed to leak. Not very approachable staff. Don't care much for your property either, dealership 'accidently' left my car in the back running with the keys running. Not locked. Buy a car from anywhere but here. You won't regret it. AVOID THIS PLACE!

waste your time

i wanted to buy, was ready to buy a car told me to come in the next morning. i waited until they opened. told me the sales person i was talking to is not in until 11am. waited 2 hours. talked to the sales person but he didnt have to to talk had to meet 2 other people told me he'd bring the car in let the snow melt come back at 3:00pm. i called at 2:00pm to tell him i just want to come in and buy. he was busy he would get back to me. he called back 20 minutes later sold the car. he wanted me to wait because the 2 people he had appointments with were there for the same car. thats why people dont bother going to the dealership for the run around waste of time and money.

Very poor service

I went to this dealership because they had a specific car I wanted which is quick to sell. The location was out of my way but I really wanted the car. The staff was very friendly and helpful until the sale had been made. There were several mistakes made on their part and in the end I was so frustrated that I wanted to leave without the vehicle. The finance manager never went over any of the paperwork with me and ended up leaving it to another staff member to call me - they also never went over anything with me. This ended up costing me several hours of my time dealing with things that should have been mentioned. The original finance person was fired b/c of several things they had done - including not giving me crucial information regarding my car and the insurance. The sales person also left out important information which ended up costing me money and time. His tone changed from the second the papers were signed. I ended up having to call in the manager for the dealership and having to deal with him instead. After I got the car home, all 4 of the tires were low and the brakes were no good. I would not recommend this dealership.

Really you dont want my business

I called earlier to check they had the vehiculeI wanted on the lot, let them know my trade in..........they were quick to help me out.....I travelled to the dealership to buy the car, and they made me wait 2hours (I let them know I was on my way before hand) They told me after 2 hours that they couldnt tell me a price for my trade in and they would call me back ( Haqd another appointment in the area) well they never called me back.................Hello..I was ready to buy a car right there and then
