Ridiculous long delay for appointement. I had to wait two weeks for the next opening. They do not take walk-in... you must have an appointment and be very patient. They refurbished the place with an ugly black look but still they do not have enough mechanics to meet the demand. As soon as my warranty is out; I will switch to another garage. Imagine two weeks of waiting time.
Left my vehicle for emergency service and after day two of them having my vehicle was told they don't have time and I got hung up on. Who does that!!! No more Hyundai's for us. This was our third.
Return customer for a second vehicle manager blew the sale. Rude is an understatement to how I was treated circuitous speak, impatient, rude sale manager was basically confrontational - he sat with us for less than 2 minutes before getting up and storming off saying he would have someone else deal with us all because we were trying process information. wow. If you like to be bullied the go here otherwise check out another dealership there are plenty that will treat you with kindness.
