The owner is an honest, lovely man. Jun came to sevice my Samsung Fridge for ice on the fridge wall and wasn't keeping the unit cold. He had to come twice, as I had to unplug /defrost the fridge and on both visits he was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and on time. Big plus. He showed and explained how /why the issues were happening and fixed it without problem. Very affordable pricing, and it's a nice change to feel like you haven't been overcharged. Great job, Jun.

He fixed my Samsung fridge. The previous house owner had cracked the frame and the door wouldn't shut. The replacement part was very expensive but he manufactured a clamp on site and saved me hundreds. Can't say enough good things. An honest guy who does a great job.

Really helped me out of a jam. My fridge was dying and everyone I called was telling me two or three days. Jun came out within hours and the fridge was back up and running the morning I called. I highly recommend.

Rg Prado Appliance Service Deserves an Award!

A couple of weeks ago my washer would not start. I called a repair shop nearby and they quoted me $400 plus costs for travel and labour. I called another well known appliance repair business in the city but they said they no longer did electronic repairs. They did however give me the name of "Junior" Prado. What a gift that was! He asked for my model number and called me back with a reset procedure. He talked me through it over the phone and my machine worked right away and still does!
