Very happy with the prompt service. Jun explained the problem with my washing machine, and how to avoid the same problem in the future. Price was reasonable. Very impressed and would recommend this company to my friends.

Jun provided same day service. He is respectful, knowledgeable and honest. Should we have another appliance needing repair we would not hesitate to call him again.

My dryer had no heat and Jun had me troubleshoot over the phone to see if I could avoid paying for a service call. That didnt happen, but Jun was able to pinpoint the problem quickly once he arrived. The dryer was fine, but some of the wiring to the dryer outlet had been fried. Jun, who is also an electrician, was able to fix the problem quickly. I highly recommend! I only gave 4/5 stars because he wrote recorded the wrong house #, and I had to flag him down before he drove away.
