My family and I recently had to make a decision to purchase a new furnace for our home. After a small amount of research it was clear to us who we would hire to install the new furnace. I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. To top it all off, turned out the basement lights for us and even put our garage door down for us. Top notch - would highly recommend Richmond Heating and Air. Thank you very much!!

They are responsive in emergencies and take great care in planning complex projects like the HVAC for our indoor pool. We were told to call Freezie Cat to service our brand new Jenn Air oven which was not heating up. I spoke with a very pleasant & helpful woman at their office and setup an appointment in a couple of days. My husband was at the new house when the service man came and was very impressed with his knowledge and quick repair. I would use them again.
