Dr Kim Hause is not only professional but is very friendlly and ready to explain what is going on with the affliction you have with your eye sight and give options. After having a terrible experience at Purba Vision, I came to LensCrafters in hopes I could find a specific frame that was recently discontinued. They were able to have the frames ready by the next day and the service was as terrific. The gentleman who helped me was kind and thorough, he even called me to let me know the glasses were ready at the time they had specified. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me!!! The past three times I've bought glasses (every two years), I've gone to Specs Appeal. I've even found glasses at other eye stores, brought the code to Specs Appeal, and they've been more than willing to do a special order for me. I've chosen to buy from Specs Appeal, as 1) they have GREAT pricing, 2) really friendly and helpful staff, 3) can use more than one prescription in their deal of 3 glasses for $200 (helping out the whole family). Brand names, great prices.

I have been going here for over 5 years and I love the lady at the front desk she is very accommodating and helpful. I found the optometrist to be thorough but also quick as mentioned in other comments. However, I commented on this and he said he knows people don’t have all day so he is efficient with the eye exam. Places that take an hour don’t mean it’s BETTER just BUSIER. I liked the quick service was in and out in an hour with glasses picked out.
