Our furnace failed just hours before a family gathering on Dec 26. We called Kaulback Heating early the next morning. They quickly got back to us saying they would try to fit us in as soon as possible. Technicians showed up within two hours, diagnosed the fault as a failed blower motor. They obtained and installed a replacement motor bringing the furnace online within a few hours. The cost for this outstanding service was unbelievable reasonable. Will use again and refer them unconditionally.

I highly recommend this small family owned business. Although we encountered some concerns , not the fault of of the company or the workers, John`s integrity was evident throughout the process. He listened and worked with me to ensure I was 100% satisfied. John, your caring nature nature and honesty did not go unnoticed. I strongly recommend giving them a call. My water heater failed and they installed a new one for me, the next day, and $200 cheaper than the competition! Very friendly and professional. They certainly went above and beyond for me at no extra charge.

We just had our heat pumps installed and both my Husband and I love them. I would like to say a few words to the guys that installed them Malcolm M(HVAC) and James B(Elect)they were two of the nicest guys that we would recomend to anyone who ever has to get them installed. They worked hard and even took the time to explain it to us. We are very pleased with them. Also a Thank you to Andrea who got us to choose Greenfoot, without her i am not sure we would have installed any.Keep these employees.
