When I had my basement flooding problems in June and August of 2011 my friend recommended the company that they’d used years ago and that’s how I found Bill and his company SealerMan. Bill came and assessed my basement, and with his many years in the business he had the solution to fix the problems, and that’s what he did. His crew was professional and conscientious and the sealing that they did looks excellent.
Then a month later I had more other problems because of the August 5th hailstorm, and Bill came back within two days and fixed the further leaks that were revealed. This entailed taking out all of the 2 x 4 plates that covered the perimeter of the basement in order to seal the basement fully. They did everything necessary to ensure that my basement is now leak proof.
I would recommend the SealerMan company to anyone experiencing water issues in their basement. I am 100% satisfied with the service and the work that they did, and the price too.
