He sold me a refurbished air conditioner (in the middle of a major heat wave) with delivery and an excellent installation job for under $400.
One word of advice... if he asks you to do anything in preparation for installation, ask questions. Make sure you clearly understand what he wants you to do - otherwise you might find his customer service skills a little lacking.
Having said that, I wouldn't throw the baby out with the bath water. Do I recommend his service? A definite "YES"!

They put in my new air conditioner a few years ago. I was so impressed with the job they did that they have just replaced my old furnace. Im very satisfied with their work and I highly recommend Bear Metal.
