I have been going to goodlife for two years and have used a lot of their trainers and classes.. recently I had some issues that Required some stretching deeper than what I could accomplish on my own so I saw their myofascial stretch guy, Simon. All I can say is I was in constant pain before, now I have more flexibility and no pain . I would highly recommend him to anyone with tight muscles and you’re just not sure what to do..Lire plus
Going to Goodlife fitness (Brampton & Mayfield), I enjoy working out there because the people including the trainers are very free-spirited and helpful. Good services was provided as expected. There’s one of the staff ,Ash, that’s a hard worker and manages his time pretty well. He doesn’t waste his time and is very observant for every little thing that has to be done in the gym as well. The classes are well-organized allowing clients to get a great workout without effecting the life events we all face daily.
