I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. My new family and I where in need of a air conditioning and furnace so after shopping around and looking for the right people we finally found Applewood!! Although over 2 months have passed since you came out to quote and your guys came out to do the work at our house, I just wanted to say “thank you” to you and to the guys. You were great with the quoting and explaining it all – and for have some laughs, too. You also told everything up front and made some recommendations that would get the job done/ keep costs reasonable. I was not here when the guys came out but Linda said they were great and also fantastic to work with.
