Absolutely fabulous. They went FAR above and beyond to get my glasses working for me. I couldnt recommend more highly!

The worst! I had an appointment and after half an hour I just left. They took 2 people just walking in w/o an appt 1st, then it took 2 to hand a bag to a customer. There were 8 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. When I asked how much longer they looked confused saying everyone was busy. I was there to adjust my glasses and get another pair along with new sunglasses if they had the time!! In total, I wasted an hour, travel time. Don't waste yours.

Never go back again!!! If you go there make sure give yourself 2 hours until it finish.

I ahve always had great service as of yet,

Bad service. The optometrists are good and the person who actually makes the lenses is good but the front end staff is not very nice and not very smart. I went to pick up glasses, they screwed up and I already paid for and was left waiting. After 15 minutes I asked someone how much longer and they told me 45 minutes! Her excuse, they were busy and short staffed. Not an excuse as far as I am concerned. The receptionists should be trained to tell a client this when they come in. not going back
