Stay away from S&S Con!! They will take your money for installing a new product, but when it comes to a warranty repair, they aren't interested because there is no money to be made on warranty repairs. They will come up with lies to delay the repairs.
If I could rate them lower than a 1, I would! Once you’ve paid them, they could care less about you! They own up to mistake but do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix it!!! And don’t get me started if you need repairs while it’s still under warranty (which you most likely will)!!! GO ELSEWHERE where at least they care! I had to chase them down calling and leaving messages twice a day and they never called back. No show for yet another service and no call, nothing! No remorse either!!
My advice before purchasing from this company: Be very aware. The salesman put me under the impression I was getting a high-end quiet Carrier Furnace and pump, installation team showed up with a lower end Payne. My fault for not being extremely prudent.
My pump malfunctioned the first winter was told by service to spray warm water on the pump which seemed to solve the problem, however beginning of the second winter after the 1-year service warranty the pump completely stopped work
AVOID THS COMPANY.
My older relatives have been customers for 10+ years. We are in the worst heat wave to hit Montreal in years. After 16 days of runaround by S & S Conversions, including a Day-5 visit when they said they needed missing parts and a 2nd person to do the job, the company called to CANCEL their repair appointment. They said it was too much time and work for them, and told my relatives to find an electrician instead.
Unacceptable.
I have been with S&S Conversions since 22 year.
They have given me a very good service professionally and friendly.
I am still with them because in my experience i saw that they go the extra mile for the clients satisfaction,.
Their prices a very competitive. Highly recommended.

Why did I never receive a receipt for an air conditioning installation since spring of 2014, after numerous requests. Also never provided forms for Quebec rebates. The technician never returned to complete the first installation. I am greatly dissatisfied with the service
