Frustrating. If you’re a woman looking for service, good luck being taken seriously, at least by the rep I had to deal with. Very bad experience. Insulting attitude.

Exactly one week ago I sent the following message to the party who presented himself as the HOME DEPOT rep upon our call for a roofing quote."We recently had one installed at a premium price over the competition given what we believed would be a premium level of service and quality installation from Home Depot. It now appears this was not the case." We provided reasons light shining through and others. Message was passed on to installer still no reply. Home Depot should address not the installer
