My wife's coworkers recommended this restaurant. The building is very charming (European feel) and welcoming. The staff was very helpful from the moment we walked in the door. The wait staff was exceptionally dedicated to making sure we were taken care of. They even went to the point of bringing my wife a small birthday cake as a surprise her (it surprised me as well... it wasn't planned). I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Try it, I think you'll enjoy it.
Started with there freshly bake focaccia which was very good bread and comes with all the meals.Spicy shrimp appetizer was great tasting.House specialty veal with porcini mushrooms in a brandy sauce was excellent. My wife had eggplant parmesan which she truely enjoyed. Her main course was the seabass and it was the best she ever had. We dine out about once a week and this was our first time and we will definately make this a regular place for us. The service was professional and pleasant. The wine list is excellent. Strongly recommend.

The Lasagna was the probably the best I have ever had. Our waiter recommended a nice wine as well. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend, at least for the Lasagna.
Extremely disappointing meal and service! It was a group of 13 with 2 people celebrating a birthday. I can appreciate that it was a large group and it seemed that the waitstaff may have been a bit inexperienced but overall it was not to pleasant. The salad was wet and saturated in vinegar. My friend's fettucine alfredo looked more like soup. My shrimp entree consisted of 7 shrimp on top of polenta patties that tasted like sawdust but the green beans were tasty. Of the 13 people, I think two of them enjoyed their meal. The time it took to get our meal seemed like a lifetime and it took even longer to pay for the bill. Reservations were for 8 and we did not leave until 10:45. Oh yeah, and it was 100 degrees in the restaurant which made everyone that much more irritable. Sorry Spago on Erie but the one in Tecumseh is better.
