A few weeks ago, our fridge was not working but the freezer was. I called, and within 5 minutes got a return call from Appliance Doctor. He asked questions about the type of fridge and what was happening and diagnosed the problem over the phone! He suggested what we could do to fix the problem, and if that did not work to call him the next day - no visit or charge. It worked, and our fridge is back in action! We will definitely use, and refer others, in future!

Dan is great. I used him for the first time and he went and diagnosed our washer, ordered the part and fixed it. Our place up north was 2 hours away from my house and I did not have to go up there to meet him. A great guy and I will use him again without question.
