Best there is period...been ordering here for years....people who don't like it are nuts....they can go order a big mac instead!!! This is a take out joint...not a sit and dine and what you pay for what you get is fantastic

Where do I start, the food of this place been going down hill, when I first heard of this place many years ago, it was crisp and clean with a very distinguished taste. Now its worse than a grease pit. The portions have gotten a lot smaller and the food is heart burn heaven. And wow pour down the MSG!
Best Chinese restaurant we've found in Durham so far. The food is always fresh-tasting. We've ordered from here many times, several different dishes. It's always yummy. The meat in the beef dishes is always soooo tender. The chicken always comes in nice, big chunks. They're not skimpy with their dishes. And the service is excellent, very friendly staff and decent delivery times. Don't know about the atmosphere though, since I've never been there. We always order delivery, so I checked off adequate for atmosphere.

Chicken Balls were very very very tender and crispy light hollow breading and a huge honking piece of chicken breast.
Don't get me started on the General Tao chicken amazingly battered and the sauce is perfect a bit spicy a bit sweet and a bit sour delicious, I guarantee general tao wouldn't be disappointed
Chicken Chop Suey was very good bean sprouts crispy and the chicken is big and juicy
Chicken wings are very lightly battered and when I bite it juice goes all over my mouth and theres something about them that I cannot find out there seasoning is perfect.
Also the boys answer the phone on the weekends are very kind and friendly whenever I go pickup the order there always smiling and happy the one with the braces is the most happiest and he always has a interesting hair cut and the owner Tom is very happy and nice as well always concerned about how long you will have to wait and almost forgot to mention FREE 2L POP if the order is 50$ +
Win Win Cannot compare to New Hong Kong. If you were to compare Win Win to New Hong Kong thats like saying a rock is better then a Ferrari

However I came by here because it had good reviews.
The food was great, it was quick, the rice was perfect and the chicken was delicious and spicy.

I tried this take-out restaurant for the first time this weekend and it was great. There were loads of fresh vegetables in all the dishes and very few onions, which is exactly how my kids and I like it.
I found this place in the phone book and took advantage of the 10% cash discount for pick-up.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Chinese Food in Whitby. The Cantonese Chowmein was the best dish.

Everything they make is fresh and always hot, great service, great food. 10% off on pickup if over 20$, free 2L pop??? Amazing food. Literally the best Chinese place in Durham. I have had an insane amount of experience with other chinese places but this one tops them. Fresh veggies, best egg rolls around, chicken wings yum and the beef and mixed veggies just makes me salivate. haha Only way my GF's daughter will eat broccoli

The only good Takeout Chinesse Restaurant in Durham Region. If you like the Chicken Balls, then you must try the Chicken Soo Guy with sweet and sour sauce. Similar, but you will be hooked and never order chicken balls again....Enjoy....
