paid in full including warranty for a couch and dining table in the middle of august. told that we might get it in 4 to 8 weeks. we agreed. after 6 weeks we caled for a follow up and the customer service told us that it not might be available till December. frustrated for two reasons - first they don.t bother informing the customer of the order status until we placed the follow up call. second, no apology from the agent and customer service. cancelled the order and 2 weeks after no refunds yet.
