BEWARE!!!! I had a service man (Russ) from Josh's Gas show up at my home to instal my gas line for my stove and after three hours of him complaining and moaning about the job while he was there he handed me a bill for 4 hours of work plus had added a valve to the line after I had told him it was not necessary when we had discussed it earlier. When I questioned why I was being billed so much he told me he was charging me for his travel time as well and stated this was as his boss Josh had directed him. He threw the bill on the table and walked out while I was attempting to call Josh. I left a voicemail regarding the situation and received no follow up except being billed the amount Russ had written on the bill Plus interest. I had previously been a client since before 2006 and have had multiple installations by Josh's gas Service yet was refused any customer assistance other than being told "talk to Josh". I left another voicemail stating I would not be paying the extra hour I was billed and once again received a bill for the overcharge plus interest!
