Northlight came to my son's gymnastic club to take athlete photos in Sept. 2014. Order was not completed. We were not notified. No concessions made, no compromise was offered. They did not take responsibility for unsatisfactory service. No refund offered until I contacted them. No explanation given for non-compliance. In dealing with Mr. Axford, I found him dictatorial, defensive and distasteful. I will not have any future dealings with this company, nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.

Your son failed to come to the camera with his order form and in fact, he left the building. Your were clearly told by our staff to make sure he took the form with him to the camera area at the appointed time. His coach would not cooperate to assist us. How can we possibly take his photo at the allotted time if he is not even in the building? You told me that you expected us to search for him when he was in another building?? I spoke to you extensively and immediately offered an apology and a full refund. You were not willing to accept either and were very belligerent on the phone so I ended the call after 20 min. You wanted us to come out and retake one photograph on location to fulfill a $20. order under threat of smearing our good reputation. We take photos of over 5,000 sports players every year for over 25 years with one complaint such as yours every 4 to 5 years. We are not perfect but your demands and accusations are completely out of line.
