Terrible job. Was supposed to remove stump, level yard and sod. Stump was not ground low enough. Pokes up through sod. Yard not close to being level. Difference of over 5 inches.

Hey Pete, sorry you feel that way. Your main concern was water run off and drainage away from the house. a completely level yard does not allow this. Also to put this into perspective, 5 inches over nearly 100'. We were also having to work with higher neighbours yards and keep the grade you desired, without the 5" grade, all your neighbours water would have ended up on your yard.
