Robin took the time to chat with me and figure out my botched self repair job on a Samsung Front load washer. While he may not have been able to come out to fix it for me (darn COVID19) he took the time to explain what I needed to do without hesitation. Thank You!!

I have had Robin fix the washer and dryer a few times over many yrs. Frig is acting up and thought I better call him. Glad to see he is still in business.

This is the second time I used this repair service, at different locations. A++ for sure. Prompt, polite, knowledgeable, very reasonable pricing. Even though the fridge could not be saved, I understood exactly why and was able to compare repair or replacement costs with confidence.

As a property owner we have used Rowe Refrigeration for over 25 years. We find him to be very reliable, honest, trustworthy and very very fair. I do not agree with Holly's comment from October 21, 2014. I feel she may have the wrong service company's name. Robin Rowe is very thorough in his diagnosis and this instance that Holly has described in no way sounds like something Robin would do. .I highly recommend Rowe refrigeration for any of your appliance problems.

I have dealt with Robin Rowe for eight years. He responds promptly and his repairs are topnotch. Robin has often answered my questions by phone, plus makes a quick visit to check out a problem at no charge. Hope that he never retires.

My refrigerator was not working I called Rowe appliance,he came over and was here for less than a minute he said the gas had leaked out!and the refrigerator was not worth repairing and that the had used ones for $500.00 !.He charged me $65.00 and left.I was not satisfied with what he had told me so I called another company,they came over and said that it was a minor problem and repaired it at no charge. I would not recomend that you call Rowe appliance,they do not seem to be qualified. Holly
