Moods Eatery & Cafe

I had a very bad experience at Moods and it is practice regarding their food hygiene/safety policy. Two weeks ago, I went to Moods with a group of friends. We ordered dinner and I ordered Pepsi. During dinner, I asked for a refill. A few minutes later, I received my Pepsi refill. I took a couple of sips and then I noticed red lipstick on the straw. WORST FOOD TO GET IN RAMADAN !! Went for iftar with a group of friends, so disappointing, and everyone had a serious problem with food today !! , although it was almost 10% occupied .. tried the Fatta with lamb shank, which supposed to be one of the softest parts of meat, was disastrous like eating rubber !!! The service was terrible. Underage kids around while people are smoking tobacco pipes. I mentioned to the manager who didn’t care and said they paid that’s what matters.
