This is a terrible company. Moved out in April 2022 and they are still cashing my elderly mothers rent cheques. Disgraceful!!!!

Hill Property Management Group had managed my and my late husband's rental property for 17 years. We were very happy with their services. Warren was very helpful to deal with tenants, before selling my unit. Their real estate agent Chris had sold it for me few months ago for top dollars. I am very grateful.?

Have had Hill property looking after our rental town house unit since 2005 and I have 100% attention from them in the good times and a little bad times of the Oakville rental market. Never any problem and manage the property excellently at all times and our tenant quality have been great . Just give them a call if you want the best management!!

Company handled my property while out of country - they made serious errors in tax preparation and have failed to correct them

Please, avoid dealing with this place, they are just TERRIBLE. Not responsive, they just do not care about any issue you have with the property. They will keep ignoring you!
