Since getting my lic.in Jun,16, I am regularly working with the group for getting work as Relief Pharmacist & always provided me work. I am quite satisfied with their prompt service & also approach & co-operative-professional attitude.I recommend as dependable service group.
The main thing I like most about RPI is that there is never really a shortage of job opportunities? Locum work isn't my preferred thing, but it's what comes frequently, so I don't complain. Ideally, I'll get a full-time job soon. They tell me I have to be patient. I'm trying, and I'm working a lot in the meantime, but it can't always be easy. Either way, the service they provide is good for what it is.
Having called RPI because I was having difficulty with finding a doctor for my clinic, I was very happy to report that they gave me a choice of some very good ones. The people I talked to there were all very nice, and answered any all questions that I had. I remove one star because I paid a bit more than I liked. But it was worth it in the end.
RPI helped me get a doctor for my clinic. The process took a bit longer than I wanted. This is why I only give 3 stars. But even though it took long time. I was happy with the doctor they got me to interview. He is very good and has become very popular at my clinic. I just wish it hadn't taken as long.
I recently expanded to two stores with tentative plans to open a third within the next five years. Pharma-recruiting firms such as RPI and TAL are an essential part of any business model for middle to larger multi-store operations where short-term vacancies are common place. Have used both, but lean toward RPI recently because they've been consistently sending me competent placements who are familiar with our systems and software.
When was looking for employment after being laid off, RPI helped me get back on my feet - I was surprised at just how quickly they were able to get me employed by new pharmacy. It's hard to get a job in this day and age in this field, and I'm living proof of that! RPI was able to help me out, and I would recommend them to pharmacists everywhere who are looking for a job.
Strongly recommend RPI for pharmacist relief services. They will source you a candidate very quickly for those common short-term coverage emergencies and you can't or don't want to cover cover it. Give them a call, they will make your life far easier.
When I decided to open up a new clinic in a different part of the province, I was having trouble finding a decent physician to add to my staff. After doing some extensive digging, I learned about RPI. In very short order, they had already lined up several viable candidates, and after careful consideration, I was able to settle on one who's been an absolute perfect fit. Bottom line: RPI is a godsend for those of us in the healthcare industry.
A couple of years ago, I had hit rock bottom. The pharmacy that I had been working at for years suddenly closed up shop, and I was out if work. I had burned through all my savings, and I found myself on the brink of homelessness. And then a friend of mine suggested that I give RPI a call. He had found steady work through them, and I decided that I had nothing to lose. Now, two years later, I'm the head pharmacist at an incredible location, all thanks to RPI. I made a difficult choice a few years ago - I decided to quit my job and go back to school. My goal was to achieve my lifelong dream of becoming a pharmacist. What I didn't realize is how difficult it would be to find employment after I graduated. When I got in touch with RPI, they had me doing relief work within two weeks of our first contact. After five months, I was settled into a full-time position. I haven't looked back since. Thank you, RPI!
It can be tough to find a steady job when you're a pharmacist, which is why I will ALWAYS suggest RPI to any of my colleagues who have hit a rough employment patch. Simply put, if you contact RPI, the chances are very good that you'll be working within a week or two - they have a ton of relief shifts, and in some cases, they can even hook you up with a full-time job. Take it from me: if you're a pharmacist looking for a job, give RPI a call. You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain.
Just a fantastic service for pharmacies. If you're looking for someone to cover a relief shift (And it's happened to me fairly frequently at my pharmacy), you absolutely must give RPI a call. Their rates are very reasonable, and their candidates are, on the whole, top-notch. Long live RPI!!
I'm just gonna lay it on the line, here - the pharmacy world is a tough one to find a job in. I've had trouble getting full-time employment ever since I graduated, and I'll be honest, it's been discouraging at times. When I first heard at RPI, I was desperate for work, so I gave them a call. I figured it couldn't hurt to see what they could offer. And let me tell you - they had me working relief shifts a week after I got a hold of them!! I was stunned. Give RPI a try - you won't regret it!
If you own a pharmacy, like I do, you should really consider working with RPI. Let's say that you have an employee who calls in sick - it's happened to us all, right? With RPI's help, you won't have to worry about finding someone to work the shift (and hey, you know that YOU don't want to be the one to work it!). They've never failed to help me out when I'm in a bind. Highly recommended!
I own a few different stores and prefer using RPI to help find me staff for our pharmacies. It’s a long process for our HR department, who is also finding staff for other departments in our store. RPI helps make our hiring process much quicker and convenient.
I don’t know about you, but I love using RPI. I need all the help I can get when finding work in this industry. Ive gotten to work in some really cool places and since I’m young still this is ideal. I know eventually I’ll need to stick around somewhere but for now, RPI finds me work all over the country and I love travelling!!!
