The doctor is worth the wait. Staff is pleasant and helpful. It was the only place open on Sunday and we were really happy that they let us in at the end. The doctor knew exactly what was the matter and prescribed me medication I feel so much better thank you so much.

The staff was polite and friendly and the Doctor was professional

All of the doctors are excellent. The weight can be long but it is a walk in clinic and it is very convenient with respect to location and times that you want to be seen. I suggest calling ahead to make sure that they are open. The Internet gives varying times they’re open and close which is only available on their voicemail because sometimes if a doctor cannot go in the update on their voicemail

I came Monday and was not along wait to see Doctor so far this clinic is one of the best,Doctor and Nurses are very helpful,reception is friendly and polite.

The doctor that I saw today for my preop check up was professional and thorough. The wait was not long. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I definitely am going back.

unbelievably wait. awfull!!! we came 11:50am. the doctor checked my daughter around 2:30pm. people was seen before us. if i dont ask the receptionist our turns.she will let other patients to go first before us. but we came first before them. terrible staff. the waiting is terrible. i hope they could do something about it.

The doctor arbitrarily decided to leave before closing hours... I had even called in the morning to say when I'd be coming in. I then took a $25 cab ride to get there. Then the receptionist informs me the doctor has "decided" to leave. So I go back home, still with a stomach infection. Later I find out through google that there was another walk-in clinic 2 blocks away that was open, but the receptionist neglected to mention this. Terrible. People have health issues; we're not dollar signs.

So far I could not find a better clinic

I am using this clinic many years & so far could not find better walk-in so I could switch to something closer to my home. Pros: - Most of the doctors are really knowlegable, will listen to you, & will give you excellent referrals (which I think the most important thing your family Dr can provide). - They do blood tests even on the weekends. Cons: - Only work half-day on Fridays - Wait is usually long - Parking is not free (but if you can wealk, you can find plenty of free paring not too far)

This clinic is the worst. My husband and i went in on a Saturday morning wanting to request for a simple blood work. We got in at 9:25 am and waited for 2 hours and left without seeing the doctor because this wait time was simply ridiculous. At least 5 people who went in after my husband had left before him. My husband explained that he only want to request a blood work so it should be a quick appointment and asked if he can see the doctor quicker. He waited inside for another hour during which time no nurses came to update him. He looked outside the room and the nurses were just chatting. If you can, avoid coming here. The doctors and nurses in this clinic do not respect your time and you as a patient.

Waited 3 hours to see the doctor at walk-in clinic

Ridiculous wait time. I waited 3 hours to see the doctor, and she (Dr Koffman) was taking people that came in after me that were not urgent, before me, which was very unfair and upsetting. then i was rushed - had 2 minutes with doctor and was seen out.
