Great customer service. Great cleaning job. I requested green cleaning products due to my allergies and they complied without me reminding them (it was in the booking process).

Scheduling a cleaning was super-easy online. I also got plenty of email reminders about the visit. Even before they arrived, I really appreciated how they called and texted me they were running late because they were stuck in traffic. This means a lot to me because other companies/services either never confirm appointments or they show up late, so I've had to call and be THAT customer. The cleaners went above my expectations. The rooms/bathrooms smelled nice and were so clean!!!

Thank you for the great service! Maidstr left my condo squeaky-clean. Very easy to control what service you want and how often you want it done through their website. Other cleaning service I used kinda hid that option. Would highly recommend, if not for the satisfaction I got, then for the professional customer service.
