extremely poor service
Dispatch representatives extremely rude, Perceive themselves to be knowledgeable of location , rush you off the phone, constantly calling them back only to find out they can't even spell a street name properly. waited over 3 hours for a cab on one of London;s major street, each time I called in to find out where the cab , they state 2 minutes away. The drivers are okay, but their office staff and dispatchers need some serious customer service and literacy skills - or their job needs to be given to someone who cares about business, After 20 years of being a paying customer, maybe spending $250 per month I will never use u-need-a-CAB !!

Thank you for your comment, The business is now under new administration, and I, Ismail , as the new manager will do all the necessary things required to rectify anything that is not done professionally, My goal and those work under my administration will be to satisfy our customers, because our customers are the ones that are keeping us in business.
