We made appointments via email that they lost and forgot about, then blamed us. Only admitting fault after we showed documentation. They ignored our requests to be contacted via email or text (not phone) but ignored that too and repeatedly called my wife at work while I was home, threatening to cancel our appointment in the middle of the service window they gave us if she did not respond. Management was defensive, accusatory and dismissive of my concerns. They didn't even send the quote I paid 4
