Loomis Express

Attempted delivery but unable to access building because buzzer was broken. Was unable to call to open entrance because of company policy. Had to pay $40 dollars for a taxi to pick up the package from main location. Very inconvient and expensive. Reacurring problem with deliveries from other occupants in the building with this company. Very unhappy.

For the third time now Loomis Express Kingston has gone out of their way to attach a delivery notice on my door without trying to see if I am there. Too bad for them I made sure to go out of my way to keep the receipts against them to prove they are a bunch of lazy crooked drivers. Not only did I sign off for a non contact front door drop off as soon as I got a transit notice, I also printed off the receipt for my duty payment which they wrote on my delivery attempt o DID NOT PAY. hope yer ready

I have called Loomis twice now to stop a driver from doing 70-80 km down VanOrder Road. We have a lot of kids and pets on this road. Dispatch told me he was an independent broker so there fore he couldn’t stop him from speeding. I’m suppose to set up a speed trap he said. If this was my business I wouldn’t want this driver working for me. I’ll never use this courier service again. Too bad they don’t care!! Stay away from them

Delivery driver keeps bailing before I can get to the lobby. Twice now. (Takes 3 minutes to get the lobby)

Great service and directions...polite on phone...eager to help me to pick up my parcel...
