The superintendent and a maintenance guy from the Lhermitage building got into my apartment while my little boy and I were sleeping without any notice they opened the door with their key and walked in with the excuse of doing maintenance work. when I complained about the way they entered they both started yelling at me, I felt intimidated, invaded and scared Accordingly to them they did no wrong. I complained to the main office and I was told in a very rude way that's how they conduct maintenanc
