There is no waiting time for any services here. All staff is very professional and really take a good care of each patient. My family and my parents go to this centre for past 5-6 years. I wish all medical centres were like this.

GET A NEW JOB PLEASE

The one time i have ever been there, the one receptionist i dealt with was extremely rude and made me fill out a form that she was to fill out and then had issues when i asked her questions from the form. GREAT JOB ?

The receptionists...

The receptionists were very nice when I went. I've been with my doctor for many years. I have and will continue to recommended them. I never feel rushed and they take their time to answer all my questions. Thank you!

DO NOT TRUST THE ...

DO NOT TRUST THE RECEPTIONISTS WITH ANY PAPERWORK. By their suggestion I dropped off some immunization documentation that I needed signed for my college placement. After almost a month of waiting I finally hear from them and find out that they had lost everything I dropped off. I'm now at risk of missing my immunization deadline and might have to take (and pay for) an entire extra semester of school because of this mistake. Really not impressed with their service.

Terrible people at front desk

Summary: Worse secretaries/ receptionist I have ever met. I have been a patient at this location from day 1. On every single trip, our experience with the front desk has been terrible. They don't have any manners, don't know how to talk to patients politely and are always checking their phones or talking to one another. The facility has the best doctors and I will go there every time but we are always anxious about what the receptionists at the front desk will pull out on us.Please fix this!
