I specifically signed up for this website, to warn people about the unfriendly and condescending staff, including the pharmacy staff.
For the past year and a half, my husband and I have had the misfortune of using this shoppers' drug mart. The staff are so rude If we try to ask questions about different products. The pharmacy staff are completely disinterested in what you have to say, and have no desire to help.
Over the last year, my husband was being treated for cancer...guess which pharmacy we used? They almost never had the drugs he needed, we would wait on time sensitive meds, they would even get things wrong on occasion! I have changed our pharmacy to one in Barrie. Please, do not shop here. But if you must, do not expect anything polite or helpful from their staff.
