    We purchased some wall sconces online from this store. When they arrived 1 was had an issue with the glass. We contacted them and they said they would contact the manufacturer. Its been 6 months and we have called several times and sent emails but get no response. The manufacturer says the problem is as simple as Lighting Originals sending the invoice to the Canadian distributor and then a replacement would be drop shipped directly to us. There is absolutely no customer service what so ever.

    I ordered a chandelier on November 28. After 3 weeks I phoned to ask when the light would be delivered. Mr Suba told me there were supply chain issues. He told me to wait a couple of weeks and if it had not arrived, he would check on it. Two weeks later, I phoned again and spoke with Mr. Suba. He said he would check on it and call me back. Didn't happen. I emailed the store, Kate replied delivery by the end of January - the item was on backorder. No delivery. I asked for a refund. No reply.

    My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the past year as we work on renovations for our home, however, after today's in-person customer service experience, we will no longer be supporting Lighting Originals. We purchased a light online and selected curbside pick-up. We were notified that the light was available for pick-up. We live over an hour away from the store, and tried to call the store ahead of time to confirm curbside pick-up times. After 40 minutes of calling

    Upon checking the actual measurements of some fixtures that I purchased, I found that they dont match the description on the website, they are way off! I wasnt able to request for a refund right away because of the covid-19 restrictions, which caused my request to be only 4 weeks over the return date policy. Management absolutely refused to be flexible and allow for a return, although the fault was theirs for having the wrong measurements on their website.
