Really delicious food and great service. Our waiter was very helpful, funny and kind. The food was divine. Everything tasted great, and the presentation was awesome. I will definitely be coming back here for some more delicious food and friendly service!
South Sea came highly recommended by a few coworkers of mine. I ordered for delivery and they were right on as the food was incredible. I am huge fan of hot and sour soup and it was one of the best I've ever had as it was very rich in flavor with lots of ingredients. General chicken was also very delicious with lots of lightly breaded strips and a good 'kick' in spiciness. Shanghai noodles and the beef fried rice was also very good. The best part of the meal were the mango and strawberry CHEESE WONTONS!!! The person on the phone recommended them to me as it was something new on the menu. The wontons were very interesting and tasted so YUMMY! I will order again really soon, perhaps even dine in next time after seeing the wonderful reviews here.
Well first off when i was with my friend on the 14th of March we were shopping for fabrics and we happened to stop by South Sea for an early dinner. When we went inside a young woman greeted us to a table and handed us menus. I asked if there was any type of seafood dish that she could recommend us, so she recommended us that the "shrimp and lobster sauce" which is a popular item on the menu. My friend and i decide to order two spring rolls , a large won-ton soup,shrimp and lobster sauce and thai pineapple fried rice. Everything was garnished beautifully with parsley and shredded carrot which made all the dishes stand out, especially the thai pineapple fried rice that was very colourful! For all the people who are reading this review right now i can guarantee that you'll be satisfied with the delicious food South Sea has to offer!!! KEEP IT UP SOUTH SEA!!! ( I for sure will be going back there!)
I found a hair fried into the egg roll and then hair in my chicken fried rice. I can promise you it isn't mine as I'm a blonde and I found black hairs in it :S
I have eaten at South Sea many times and have always had a wonderful experience. Kenny the young (and handsome) server is ALWAYS on top of his game and caters to my vegetarian requests. The food is absolutely wonderful and so fresh. I love the mini vegetarian rolls and the pan fried shrimp, which I always request it to be made on the spicy side. I highly recommend South Sea for Chinese and firmly agree with many of the other reviews here.
