Very disappointed Will never order again from that store

Terrible customer service.

There are many flower places in Guelph, stay away from this one, I received an arrangement and it was not what the picture was on their website, and the flower count was not even close. I called and asked for what I had, 3 roses some daises and garnish and the person on the phone gave me a price higher then what there website was and higher then what my boyfriend payed. They will rip you off every change they get.

I went here looking for flowers for my wedding. The store was lovely but my issue was with the customer service. I was hoping for some guidance with picking flowers, as I had a general idea and examples of what I wanted but not an exact idea. After meeting with Patti, instead of receiving some helpful insight, I left feeling like I was stupid. I think she does lovely work but I was personally unable to get past how condescending she seemed. I will be going elsewhere for flowers

Incredibly rude s...

Incredibly rude staff!! I went in to get some flowers and was ignored for about 10 minutes while an older woman and young man complained about a staff member. The woman wanted to fire a girl saaying she was stupid, etc. They never said hello to me, no smile or offer to help. I was looking at all the birds suffering in the big cage in the middle of the store when the woman turned around and said "what do you want?" I could not believe how rude she was. I said I was Ok and walked out. The store was a dump and the flowers and gifts were cheap low end anyway. Amazed that place is not bankrupt treating people like garbage and selling su h c heap stuff. I felt sorry for all the trapped birds in the cages, so cruel!!

Incredibly disappointing customer service and product. I spent a lot of money on an arrangement for my mother in laws 70th birthday. What was delivered was not what I ordered. When I complained I was actually accused of being a bully. I've never experienced anything like that. Clearly customer service and satisfaction are not important to this business owner. Would not recommend at all.

MY ORDER-DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Bought flowers for my mom for Christmas. What a disaster.I placed the order for delivery on December 24th, they delivered them December 23rd at 9 pm waking my mom from bed and causing her to fall. They never called or notified us they would be delivered early. Then the delivery person never waited for any one to answer the door, they dropped the flowers next door. When I tried to speak to the flower shop the next day they wouldn't even return my calls.I received an email where they said they called us and no one did. This is the second time I had problems with my order. Very unprofessional and poor service. Think twice before ordering flowers from here.

The arrangement is very funky – its different, exotic, beautiful. Patti’s is clearly an awesome florist shop – its good to know of another one in town that does such a good job on the presentation.

Hello Patti I want to thank you most sincerely for a job well done. The sympathy tribute was absolutely spectacular. My husband and I were so proud. It was one of the most dramatic displays we have ever seen. The flowers in the bouquet were so beautiful. You are so creative and artistic, this is exactly what we had in mind. We had many comments. Our friend Theresa chose this vase to display at the River Run Centre where the reception was held. She also took this vase home. Our heartfelt thanks again. Great customer service, outstanding arrangements

Im shocked to read the previous reviews, it seems so unlikey! My husband and I do not live in the Guelph area, but we have been sending floral arrangements once a month from Patti's Flower Boutique, ever since they had opened, to my grandmother there. Every month we are more than impressed with the gorgeous arrangements the owner puts together. Great value for our money and she has an amazing selection of unique and rare flowers. My grandmother sends us pictures every month of the arrangements and she says she always gets compliments any time she has guests. We will happily continue to use Patti's Flower Boutique for every occasion!

poor service & unacceptable product

The business owner was not friendly nor very helpful. The product received was not impressive. It was not very fresh, some flowers were limping and brown. Not good value for money. I do not recommend this flower shop.
