    4-5 star reviews! Unbelieveable! I bet he wrote it himself! I called Bob to check on my broken dishwasher. He came 2 hours late, didn't even bother to open it up. Just looked at it, removed the wire basket, played with the buttons, asked me how old is it and said that he can't fix it cuz it's too old (8 yrs old) to get parts for it. It took him 15 min and if reasonable service charge for 15 min (75$) is fair...well not in my opinion! Thanks Bob, I won't be calling you again!

    What about Bob? Bob to the rescue! Same day service and took care of all our problems, went above and beyond the call of duty plus cheering us up with his awesome personality. Thanks so much Bob, my wife and I couldn't be happier!

    Bob knows best! Very impressed with the service! Great with my wife and child, excellent price considering he took the time explain what the problem was and show me some stuff. Highly recommended.

    This guy is the o...

    This guy is the one to call. I called saturday night for a breakdown in my washing machine. We were in a jam! We have kids and school uniforms etc......He was here sunday morning! His rates are very reasonable! Its like the way customer service used to be! Ill take him over any other appliance service company any day! Bill is the repair person you want in your house! Extremely thourough......Steve in Smithville

    Bob has been amaz...

    Bob has been amazing! We will use him for any and every appliance! Friendly, very fair priced, and efficient! He fixed our dryer we sold with the old place and our newish one that was included with new house. He gives you peace of mind because he is very thorough and he knows what he is doing!!
