One star is too many. There is a complete disregard for customer service. Pre-paid orders for school hoodies were placed in October of 2018 with an indication that items would be available within 2 weeks of the on-line store closing date. That would have been November 6th. It is now January 20th. After unreturned phone calls and numerous visits to see if my sons hoodie is available, I have not yet received an explanation or response, much less an apology.
