Ross' Nurserymen

The Ross' Nurserymen crew did everything they could to make our backyard oasis everything we imagined it could be in the spring of 2015. Their professionalism from design stage, to the attention to detail, to the quick responses to our many questions or concerns while the job was underway was greatly appreciated. The crew took pride in their work and we had fun watching the process unfold while interacting with staff. We are looking forward to enjoying our first full spring in our new backyard.

Did not complete ...

Did not complete project as promised. They substituted several different shrubs than what we had requested. They did not bring any armour stone as requested. I understand substitutions may be required at times, but they did not consult us at all. We ended up with no stone at all. They then seeded our yard with 2 different types of grass seed which were 2 different colours, and one type grew much faster than the other. When this was pointed out to Mr. Ross Sr., even after showing him photos that made it obvious, he just gave me some grass seed and told me to replant. Really??? Not one person came to the site to inspect it after it was so-called "completed." This is the service we got after being a loyal customer for almost 40 years. Never again!
