Very cold. No bedside manner whatsoever. Rude. Rushes you out the door. I currently have a WSIB claim and need to see a doctor often for updates. Called today in regards to the claim and was told he couldnt see me until June 4th. Thats unacceptable. Ill be looking for another doctor.

I went to see this quack when I was really sick, I knew I had pneumonia,Gupta said I had a sinus infection and gave me a nose spray I argued with him and he said NO it sinus, I have pneumonia I know my body, 2 days later a Sat. I went to the walk in clinic there, I seen a lady Dr. she checked me and told me I had pneumonia she gave me a prescription for an antibiotic to take for 2 weeks...I felt better and the pneumonia was gone...IF you know your body be adament about that to the Dr. -100

When my doctor left my file was passed on to him. I went in with one issue and before I left I knew I would never return. Rude, unprofessional, arrogant, rushed, no bed side manners. There is no way I will ever take my children to him! He might have a medical licence but he is not a family doctor!!!!

I have had two terrible experiences with him. He does not listen to what you say, and simply wants you out of his office as quickly as possible. My latest visit, I went in because I had developed a rash all over my torso and face- his response was “I don’t know what it is.” And told me he wasn’t concerned. Two days later I had to go to emerge because it had gotten so bad and it ended up being scarlet fever. Not impressed with his lack of assessment or action. He is rude and dismissive. Awful.

Very PROACTIVE doctor. Attentive and thorough. Goes above and beyond just treating your symptoms. Extremely polite and professional. Complete opposite of my previous doctor!
