Server was friendly, but seemed to forget that we were tucked in the corner- where the owner sat us and said we would NOT be forgotten about. Owner came to clear our plates but was more interested in talking to the regulars than making new customers feel welcomed. Will not be returning.
Its was good food, when it came! The waitress who we had seemed to not want to be at work. When we asked for drinks it was like we re bothering her. When we 're ordering she kept playing with her annoying red hair. If the service changes the food is worth going back for.
Have been here arnd 3-4 times. Love the two hand burgers. Gr8 location wth excellent view, enormous portions. The only problem is dat it gets a little tight if u dont hv a reservation. Kinda love the place and looking forward to my next visit.
I was here with a friend for a Friday afternoon lunch. The restaurant has a terrific location with a wide unrestricted view of Lake Huron.
It was summer, so outside and inside seating was available. We took a table inside, right at the window. The place seemed to have an interesting décor although we spent most of our time looking outside at the lake.
We ordered pop ($2.03), iced tea ($2.65), and the Chicken Fajita Sizzlers ($13.95 x 2). The fajita hot and cold ingredients were supplied and it was up to each diner to build his own fajitas. The tortilla wraps (4 or 5 of them) were only 20 cm in diameter and inadequate for building up fajitas with the amount materials (lettuce, cheese, fried onions and pepper strips) supplied. The chicken strips were not a generous helping; they weren’t very tasty, and the hot ingredients were not “sizzling” when delivered to the table. With all the tortillas used up, we both left a fair amount of fried onion and pepper slices uneaten. Taste was …well, average.
Had I been asked (but I wasn’t asked), I would have told the waitress that the meal was okay, but I wouldn’t order it again. We weren’t offered drink refills either. Service was …average.
Total cost was $36.88 before tip – a little steep for a simple lunch.
Overall, it was a slightly disappointing experience. Just on the basis of this one visit, I would not bother to go back there on my own, but I’d be willing to return if someone else in our party wanted to try the place.
Love Skeeters Barlows. Excited that they're also opening in Forest. Love the broasted chicken, the specials are always great. Best Prime Rib in the area. The owner works hard but as other reviews have mentioned, the staff does not work hard nor friendly. Hopefully the Forest staff can do better!

I've ordered the same meal for pick-up for a few years - steak sandwich & Large Caesar Salad.
Tonight when I picked up my dinner I received only approx. 10 french fries - no salad dressing or croutons on my salad.
I called to ask if there was a new cook and tell the manager of my problem - his response was next time you call we will do something for you.
I was expecting him to do something tonight - I was hungry and wanted my dinner.
Although he never did say what he would do - I won't be returning - I will drive to town - where I'm treated with respect.

This has quickly become both mine and my girlfriends favorite restaurant! The food and atmosphere are absolutely unbeatable! The only thing that I'm not a fan of is the wait without a reservation, which I guess could be looked at as a tribute to how good it really is.

My friends and I come here every tuesday for wing night. The food is always excellent. The service is usually pretty good and if it is slow we know that they're going as fast as they can to keep up with everything. I've never had any problems and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time in a welcoming atmosphere!
the only thing good about our stay were our beers....it did take our server about 10 mins to notice us and about another 10 to get us our drinks. My wife asked for water 3 times and recieved a rather rude "I'm sorry maam I'm a little busy right now" Our meal was terrible, I found a hair in my wings which I didn't complain about but, my wife couldn't eat her stake because she ordered mid well and it came back rare/ borderline blue. She couldn't eat it and we were trying to get the server's attention for quite sometime but I think she went out for a smoke....and when I asked another girl she said "Uhhh....I donno if I see her I'll tell her something." So when we finally saw the server again she grabbed at my wife's plate and said "All done?" and by that time we told her about everything and she walked away and we had to talk to a rude manager who believed we ordered rare.

Friends of ours introduced us to this restaurant last year. we make it a special point to visit whenever we are in the sarnia area. Their wings are ammazing . The Hot wings are very hot but also have a great flavour. The rest of my party love the honey garlic wings. These come with lots of sauce. Fairly good lobster artichoke dip and the cheesy garlic bread was standard fare. Our personal preference would be for a more pronounced garlic flavour. If you go here try the wings.. they aren't shown on the menu but you just order them anyway.. i think it starts at an order of 10 wings minumun and go up by 5's after that. They are very large wings so 10 will fill most ppl. If you are a chilehead go for the hot wings you won't be dissapointed.. They aren't the hottest i have had but they are the best combo of heat and flavour i have run across.
service was fast as well as food.
All food was different tasting to anything I've ever had at a restaurant. The starters were quick and the dips were great with a homemade taste. The mains were a great size and the vegetables were nicely prepared and presented.
I was in town on business and came here for dinner. When I saw the Pike on the dinner menu, I knew that was what I wanted. The batter was an excellent tasting belnd-just the right flavor and thickness. The fish was done just right with just a little bit of crunch on the edges. This was fresh Pike and the best I have had in a very long time.
You must try this~!
