The Hound Lounge

The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally! She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends. She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again!

Beware, terrible client relations. The one hour tempermant test that my 9 month old pup was there for took 20 mins from the time I dropped her off, to recieving a call that I had to come pick her up. So did she literally get thrown to the dogs and they called her agressive, or did a test even take place? I am an RVT and have been for over 10 years so I am fully aware of dog behaviour and handling. Very disappointed with this experience.

Took my dog here and it was great the first couple times. Then when I picked her up one afternoon I was lectured and shamed for something that very much sounded like the fault of the daycare workers. Does not seem like they are aware or understand basic dog behaviour. Dog whimpered the whole way home and was not as happy as the days before when I picked him up. Bad customer service and do not feel safe leaving my dog here. Was very disappointed.

Highly Recommend

Last year I was lucky enough to find this amazing 'Doggy Daycare' for my 15 pound ball of energy. She gets so excited as I drive up to the door and I have also taken advantage of the overnight boarding (one time I left her for a week). My dog is a rescue dog, and did not enjoy other day cares - but it is a world of difference here at the Hound Lounge......they love my 'fur-baby' and treats her like she is their own. I have no worries when I leave her for a few hours or a few days.
