the worst place ever stay away bait and switch and rude

The worst place ever, I went all the way to Barrie Surplus (they need to change their name as stock is always low)looking specifically for a love seat withthe drink holder in the middle and saw one the girl there said there was one left . I then said i would be back had to go to the bank downtown get cash.They deliveredasofa not the reclining love seat now yelling at me cause he said i said sofa i wansnt even dealing with him to begin with $1042 plus 115 cash delivered Oct 8/16

Terrible service. Guy in there kept shoving us, trying to force us to buy the more expensive options when we told him we were just looking. Literally non-stop pestering. When we told him we weren't planning on buying that day he literally said "Come on, just buy something." Nice sales pitch dude. Don't go here.

The staff was ama...

The staff was amazing. We ordered basically all of our house furniture from Surplus. When we order our daughters bunk bed it took almost 2 months for them to deliver it and every week we called they said it was on its way. That was a lie obviously. About a month after getting our kitchen table and chairs the screws started falling out and now the nuts also are also starting to fall out. Of course the warranty only covers 30 days after the products are purchased so now we waster $300 on a table and chairs that are not even safe to use. Really disappointed with the products. I guess if te price is cheap the products also are cheap. Not worth your money. Next time we will spend the extra to get safe furniture
