We have used Plumtech repeatedly and they are promt, good to deal with and do an excellent job. They have gone well over what is expected in terms of service.

My tenant reported it still leaked to ceiling hours after Plumbtech adjusted the shower tap and declared all was fixed. I contacted the plumber, he then suspected tiles but refused to follow up as tiles were not his job. Future restoring the hole he opened on the ceiling for checking would not be his job neither. It was deemed as fixed by Plumbtech, sending me $300 bill for remaining leak and a hole. Another company fixed it several days later, mentioned seeing repair sealant on wrong place.

I utilized the services of Plumbtec last fall when my effluent pump in my septic tank stopped working after 20 years. The technician did an excellent job and installed a high quality replacement pump that hopefully should last another 20 years.
