I used to enjoy this restaurant, but lately the service just seems to be getting worse. When we first arrived at the door, no one came to greet us and we were left standing there for a while. The manager was at the bar and looked at us a few times but never came over. Finally a server carrying a tray came by to see if we had been looked after. Our food came out fairly fast, but the server was unattentive. After the meals came out he never checked back to see if we were ok and we were left without cutlery for the longest time. I finally had to stand up and take cutlery from another table. When I told the server that I borrowed cutlery from the other table, he seemed annoyed. I didn't feel welcomed and I'm not sure if I'll give the restaurant another chance.

Food was average.
Had decided to try this place in person, as their delivery service is horrible. One time we waited and hour and 30 minutes and then called to find out the delay only to be told they lost the order and would require another hour to deliver, we passed. Second time, second chance, I called only to be told "we really are too busy for this right now..and..click!"
I chalked it up to a bad employee having a bad night, so we went in person. Big mistake! Employees ignored us, we waited, and then we were treated like we were invisible. I had to get up myself and go to the bar and take the cheese grater and pepper and grab missing forks myself, only to be met with "rolling eyes" by the bartender.
To the person who suggested watching "waiting", thats the most immature and ridiculous response I have read on this site.

From what I can understand Wednesday night is staff night so don't expect much. The service is horrible because the server's are trying to finish so fast. We were at a tbale in the bar, but the bartender was so busy serving staff we were forgotten. The staff gets loud and drunk. Aren't there laws on overserving? The salad portions are getting smaller and smaller and the costs are getting higher. The food was good but smaller portions than before. The service is bad and it seems to get worse and worse with time. Won't be back until I hear they fixed things.

My family and I went to ESM for my parent's 43'rd wedding anniversary dinner.We wanted good affordable food..Well,we were not disappointed at all.Everything was delicious.No one went away hungry or disappointed.The atmosphere was pleasent for a sat evening....the serever was excellent and attended to our every need.I can't remember his name but he did an outstanding job.
Thank you all VERY MUCH!!It was awsome.
