Has double charged me for 4 years

I was a good driving customer of State Farm for years. They no longer exist in Canada. We State Farm customers were picked up by Certas/Desjardins Insurance for home and auto insurance. I was hit as a victim of a hit-and-run recently in Ottawa,investigated by OPS,with dashcam using eyewitnesses,with very serious injuries,as diagnosed by doctors,so far. I have been treated totally disrespectfully with communication,process,healthcare and mindgames,as a single lady of integrity.

Found out two days ago our snowmobile which I had paid insurance on in DEC was actually not insured. They decided to put the money towards the truck insurance which wasnt due for another month. We were fortunate that nothing happened with the snowmobile during this time. This is the second major screw up. They get no more chances, will be changing carriers.

I have not received any type of communication from them since November of last year ever since they took over our policy for car insurance. I don't even know if they received the last payment that I had sent them. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CHANGING INSURANCE COMPANIES.

very nice to talk with about my accident,however the agent has not returned 2 phone calls in regard to actually having the repairs done. Definitely looking into a new company after having been with State Farm for approximately 25 plus yrs.
