I am a regular at Baldwins. Eat there frequently for lunch and a couple times a year for dinner. The food is always great and the service is exceptional especially in the bar area. The owners are the same people since day one and James the manager is exceptional.

My wife and i are new to the aurora area and...

My wife and i are new to the aurora area and enjoy dining out quite regularily. We used this site to pick a nice spot to go and must say we are very happy we did. Everything was fantastic,great wine selection,amazing prime rib dinner and John,our server was very professional and mentioned we should go over to the lounge area of the restaurant where the live music was equally as stellar. A big thanks to this website and the staff at Baldwins. see you soon.

I had recently read the reviews for Baldwins on this website. I almost disn't gp based on some of the comments. WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Our food was fantastic and our server (John) was even better. From the moment we walked in the hostess was pleasant and when we left the manager was very interested in what we thought. The menu was fantastic with lots to choose from in our price range. The atmosphere was cozy and warm. I would definately recommend this restaurant!

Table service was excellent. Decor is charming...

Table service was excellent. Decor is charming with room capacity being small and intimate. Room size made the experience desirable as the noise level was not overwhelming. Food presentation was excellent. Prices were high compared to other high end restaurants in the area with portions that were smaller than expected but totally adequate. Came away pleased with experience but consider $100.00 for 2 on the high side.

My wife and I went in here after hearing from...

My wife and I went in here after hearing from friends that it was a decent casual fine dining restaurant. We stopped in on a Friday evening about 8:30pm. We were seated right away, the hostess was very pleasant. Our waitress came and brought us menu's then didn't come back. Approximately 15minutes later, we got the attention of another waitress who instead of taking our order, said she would go find our waitress. Once our waitress came, she was apparently quite annoyed and showed it in the way she dealt with us. We placed our order, drinks as well. The meal came in a normal amount of time, our drinks came half way through the meal, with our bill. There was part of our dinner order that we did not recieve. After checking to ensure it was not on the bill, we finished up and made sure to leave the waitress specifically a 2% tip, "to the penny". It was certainly not what I expected from this restaurant.
