Be careful with audcomp, particularly managed service agreements, 3 year initial term with auto renewal needing 60 days notice or they have a full year penalty and they will for sure sue you. We bought $25’k in hardware complete, Service was ok but we had way too much down time and hardware problems they blamed us for, and we paid for it dearly. Just have your lawyer read the contract before signing and be careful, they sell to you but don’t care about you

Toshiba Laptop Repair

I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more. I found Audcomp and they saved the day. The ordered the replacement parts and fixed my laptop in just a couple of hours. They're professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!!!
